Your journey with Blossom begins with a conversation. Our staff meets with each family to understand your goals, needs, interests, and daily routines. Because every adult with IDD is unique, this initial conversation helps us learn what matters most to you and what kinds of experiences may be a good fit.

What to Expect in Your First Meeting

  • We learn about your adult child’s interests and support needs

  • You learn about Blossom’s areas of support

  • We discuss what daily life looks like now and where you’d like to see growth

  • Together, we explore upcoming opportunities in the community

  • We come up with a plan on what happens next
