We all bring different perspectives to the table and we’re united by a goal of more intentional and inclusive communities. Meet our dedicated and passionate Board of Directors.

Jan Chapman

President

Jan lives in Cedarburg, Wisconsin with her husband, John, where they raised their three sons. A lifelong Cedarburg resident, she is deeply committed to supporting organizations that strengthen her community, including Blossom.

Jan brings more than 30 years of experience in public education, having served as a Recreational Therapist, Special Education Teacher, Transition Coordinator, and Administrator of Pupil Services and Special Education.

Jan has served on numerous national, state, and local boards focused on disability services and education. She has also been a Special Olympics coach, Big Sister with Big Brothers Big Sisters, and a parent mentor and advocate. Supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities has been a lifelong professional and personal commitment.

Kelly Osowski

Director

Kelly brings a deep passion for occupational therapy and a strong commitment to serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. Her work is grounded in client-centered care, empathy, trust, and advocacy, with a focus on helping individuals live meaningful, fulfilled lives.

Kelly is a Professor in the Occupational Therapy Program at Marquette University. She also brings hands-on clinical experience from her work as an occupational therapist at Aurora HealthCare in both outpatient and inpatient settings. Across her teaching and clinical work, Kelly is dedicated to empowering individuals to build skills, confidence, and purpose in their daily lives.

Kalindi Drewry

Director

Kalindi is an adult self-advocate living in Cedarburg, Wisconsin. After graduating from Lakeland Union High School, she completed the Bethesda Program at Concordia University of Wisconsin. She now lives independently with roommates and works at The Anvil as a server.

Kalindi enjoys art classes, cooking and baking, downhill skiing, watching movies and TV shows, and following sports including baseball, softball, basketball, and football. She brings creativity, lived experience, and an important perspective to Blossom’s board.

Her favorite phrase is, “Be who you are, not who the world wants you to be.”

Emma Gaffney

Secretary

Emma Gaffney is proud to serve on the Board of Directors for Blossom IDD. Originally from Minnesota, she has called Wisconsin home since 2017. Emma earned her Bachelor’s degree in Disability Studies from Concordia University Wisconsin and her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Marquette University.

Emma currently works as a Senior Mentor at Harrigan Development Services, where she supports individuals with disabilities in building independent living skills and mental wellness. She is a Certified Clinical Rehabilitation Counselor with a focus on mental health and disability services.

Emma is passionate about supporting adults with IDD as they work toward independence, confidence, and meaningful daily lives. In her free time, she enjoys reading, learning to crochet, and spending time with her cat, Millie.

Luca Deflorentiis

Director

A Cedarburg resident, Luca is a devoted parent of an individual with intellectual and developmental disabilities. His firsthand experience navigating services, community, and care informs his commitment to Blossom’s mission and helps guide the organization with compassion, authenticity, and purpose.

John Hackett

Director

John Hackett lives in Cedarburg, Wisconsin and has spent much of his life advocating for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. He is the father of four children, including two, Maggie and Keegan, who were born with a genetic developmental disability and passed away in childhood. Their lives continue to deeply inform his commitment to this work.

John has held numerous leadership roles in disability advocacy and services, including serving as Board Member, President, and Treasurer of the Wisconsin ARC and Ozaukee County ARC. He also served as CEO of Balance, Inc. and later as State Director of Vista Care South Dakota. John currently works part-time for Vista Care in an analyst and economist role.

Earlier in his career, John spent 25 years as a senior executive and economist for a multinational long-term care company based in Milwaukee. He is a retired Naval Officer and holds a PhD in Economics from The Ohio State University.

Larissa Kaliszewski

Treasurer

Larissa is an operations and human resources professional with extensive experience supporting nonprofit and community-based organizations. She also has leadership experience in behavioral health services, supervising teams and coordinating care for individuals with complex support needs. Larissa holds a Bachelor of Social Work and brings a mission-driven, people-centered approach to her work. Larissa is especially passionate about supporting nonprofit work that serves individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She is known for her strong project management and communication skills and is dedicated to strengthening organizations so they can deliver high-quality, inclusive, and compassionate services to the communities they serve.

Jordan Pintar

Director

Jordan Pintar is a senior-level graphic designer, creative strategist, and community builder with a deep commitment to inclusive, mission-driven work. She is a graduate of the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design and formerly co-founded a female-run, mission-driven design agency serving nonprofits and community organizations throughout the Milwaukee area.

Jordan brings extensive experience in branding and storytelling for purpose-driven organizations. She recently co-founded Pickleball Superstars, an adaptive pickleball program designed to create accessible, joyful community experiences for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Through her work, Jordan focuses on helping organizations clearly articulate their mission, connect meaningfully with the communities they serve, and build sustainable systems that support long-term impact.
